POLICIES

 

Client Communication. 

​

  • Please be sure to leave the correct email address at checkout. This is the only form of contact Design With Des will use for updates regarding your project. All drafts, revisions, and final projects will be sent to the address on your order. 

​

  • Within 24 hours of your purchase there will be a form sent to you via email requesting all information needed for your desired project. Please fill out the forms in its entirety. The forms are non-negotiable. The form must be completed in order to start your project. 

​

  • Please note that the design process begins after your form is complete. Please note that the sooner the form is completed the sooner the design process can begin. Turnaround times are listed for every project however may vary based on when the information requested is received.

  • All information for your desired project is due at the time of purchase. Should the client fail to send all information needed within 15 days of purchasing the project will be forced closed forfeiting all payments.

Turnaround times. 

 

  • Please check the description boxes of each service for turnaround times. If there is a high volume of orders there may be a delay in turnaround times. However this will be communicated between the client and designer. 

 

Business Inquiries

 

  • All business inquiries will be responded to during business hours. Our current business hours are Monday through Thursday 10 AM - 7AM. All inquiries placed after those times will be responded to on the following business day.
